Sign this petition to urge the Supreme Court and/or United States Congress to review the case regarding President-elect Obama's citizenship status.

On August 21st, 2008, Philip J. Berg, Esq. filed a federal lawsuit in federal court (Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083) seeking a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.

We, the undersigned citizens of the United States hereby demand the United States Supreme Court accept the federal lawsuit filed by Philip J. Berg, Esq. ultimately leading to the immediate impeachment and/or expulsion proceedings against President-elect Barack Obama.
